1. Refund Policy for Dine-In and Takeout Orders

  • Dine-In Orders: We take pride in delivering exceptional meals to all our guests. If you are dissatisfied with your meal due to any quality-related issue, please notify a member of our staff immediately, and we will do our best to rectify the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement dish or a refund.

  • Takeout Orders: If your takeout order is incorrect, damaged, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will be happy to discuss a refund or offer a replacement meal. Refunds are generally issued if the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction.

2. Refund Policy for Catering Services

For catering orders, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. If you cancel an order within this time frame, we will issue a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund. If any part of the catering service fails to meet the expected quality or specifications, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include offering a refund for the affected items or services.

3. Refund Policy for Online Orders (Gift Cards, Merchandise, etc.)

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable. Once purchased, they cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. If the gift card is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue.

  • Merchandise: If you purchase merchandise through our website and are not satisfied with the product, we offer a 14-day return policy. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged.

5. Exceptions

  • Orders that are fulfilled correctly but changed after the fact by the customer.
