We currently offer shipping to locations within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. Shipping availability may vary depending on the location, and we may not be able to fulfill orders in certain areas.

- Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location and the carrier used. Expedited shipping costs will be higher than standard shipping fees.
3. Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Orders are only processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Order Fulfillment: Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees depend on the size and weight of the order, as well as the destination. You will be able to view the shipping cost at checkout before finalizing your purchase. Shipping fees may also be subject to tax, depending on your location.

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, certain products may have restrictions or may only be available for local delivery.

- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@quinsopic.com or call 785-526-3142. Provide details of the damage, and we will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund for the damaged item(s).
- Lost Items: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time and tracking information shows no updates, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. If the package is confirmed as lost, please contact us for further assistance, and we will assist with filing a claim.

Quinsopic is not responsible for shipping errors or delays due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
